碼科泰克D-40E/E-40紫外探傷燈廣泛用于熒光滲透探傷、熒光磁粉探傷以及檢驗漏油、油污、有害介質(zhì)等各類(lèi)用途。由于采用了光暈去除濾光片（日本專(zhuān)利），即使是對反光表面、水性表面也具有出類(lèi)拔萃的檢出能力。
碼科泰克marktec固定型紫外線(xiàn)探傷燈Super Light D-40E/E-40（400w）產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn)：
1、 高強度，不需要暗室。在100勒克斯的明亮度下也能進(jìn)行熒光探傷，大幅度減輕眼睛和精神疲勞，并提高了檢查精度。使用的鹵化金屬等能實(shí)現高山水銀燈越2倍的能效。
2、 小巧外形。小型輕便的燈體，便于安裝和維護。采用主動(dòng)風(fēng)冷系統使機外溫度一直保持35℃左右（周?chē)h(huán)境溫度為20℃時(shí)）。
3、 2種配光特性。均勻配光的D-40：600mm×250mm的范圍（照射距離600mm）內能獲得均勻的UV強度，確保探傷條件的穩定。高強度的E-40：中央重點(diǎn)配光，在中心部能獲得特別高的UV強度。也可以通過(guò)調節焦點(diǎn)來(lái)調節聚光程度。
4、 遮蔽可見(jiàn)光光暈。最新開(kāi)發(fā)的光暈遮光片（PAT.P）可以有效遮蔽影響目視檢查工作的可見(jiàn)光線(xiàn)（特別是紅光、紫光），實(shí)現一個(gè)純凈的目視環(huán)境。
